Google Reader

Sunday, October 29 2006 at 1:02 am

Ever since I, well, outgrew Safari’s built-in RSS reader, I’ve been using Google Reader for all my feed reading. I won’t get into the all of the associated pros and cons; suffice to say I definitely like it.

Anyhow, Google Reader has a feature that lets you “share” articles that you like. Your shared articles are automatically collected on a web page that Google provides. On top of that, the page has its own RSS feed, so that your friends can subscribe to and view your shared items as if they were coming from the original source. Handy!

I don’t want to just publish my shared feed URL here, because, well, I guess I don’t want just anyone knowing what news articles I find interesting. Too creepy, or something. But, feel free to leave a comment or shoot me an email, and I’ll send you the link to my shared page.
